About Karina Tran

Her diverse background is her superpower. With roots in briefly studying engineering, a thriving 13yr career as a professional photographer, and a degree earned from USF in just 3 years, Karina blends analytical thinking, creative strategy, and sharp communication in everything she does. In tech, she was the youngest to manage one of the company's largest global accounts, handling high-stakes negotiations with elite influencers and quickly earning the highest client satisfaction rating and largest growing account across the company. That same drive, precision, and people-first approach now fuel her work in real estate, where she has partnered with Hood Farrell Group to combine that hustle-mentality with 42+ years of combined experience and excellence. 

Karina is known for her clear communication, ability to remain calm under pressure, and genuine care for her clients. She shows up fully, figures things out fast, and makes sure you never feel like "just another transaction". With her, you get a strategic partner, a fierce advocate, and someone who’s truly in your corner — every step of the way.
