He found painters, contractors and landscapers to complete the work needed in an impressively short amount of time. He also arranged for a quick loan through the Concierge program to pay for all the updates, so this removed the financial pressures in updating the property. Additionally, the property was tenant-occupied and Mike was extremely respectful and communicative with the tenants, and Mike ended up not having to show the property many times before getting an impressive offer which I accepted.
I would highly recommend Mike (and have—he helped my friends buy a house in my neighborhood). Buying or selling in San Francisco is a very challenging and complicated process, so be sure to choose a real estate who is well-versed in this unique market, is proactive, and is nice to work with and Mike is, without question, all of these things.
